A most fabulous
weekend again—lucky me! Began on Thursday with another visit to the Legion of Honor; then Fri. at Pacheco Plaza for their summer opener
with Uncle Buffett/Cole Tate, and a fabulous
crowd!! And on to Eagles for some awesome Zydeco
Flames. Saturday saw the Novato Art Wine & Music Fest with
another happy scene: Pocket Change with Scott Carter, Johnny B & the Speedshifters with Tom
Atkin, Danny Click with Don Bassey
& Tracy Blackman, Chuck Prophet,
and Gator Beat. The evening continued nostalgically with It’s A Beautiful Day at George’s. And more of the Novato
Festival on Sunday with Sugarfoot
and Mystery Dance with Bonnie Hayes—she’s
definitely “twang-a-licious”.

Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet
Lickers, and more. More of that on
Sunday too, with Maria Muldaur, and Moonalice! Sat. nite? Might have to check out Nourish for Mindy Canter. Ah, what a
