“There are four questions of value in life … What is Sacred? Of what is the Spirit made? What is worth living for, and what is worth dying for? The answer to each is the same. Only Love. – Johnny Depp (Don Juan DeMarco)
All kinds of Love …
I wish you all a
Hopeful and Very Grateful Week—no matter what the day-to-day mess we may find
ourselves in, there are always Abundant Blessings!
*Some of you may
think I go out dancing every night … well, that’s not quite true, but this has
been one of those weeks where it was almost so!
Beginning on Wednesday night with the Ray Simpson Big Band Dance in Corte Madera (lots of new folks
showed up!), then Thursday evening at Trek
Winery for the Herb Marshall Jazz
group, with many friends and beautiful wine! Friday headed to Sausalito for the Preview
Party at the Trident [what a flashback!!]
with music from the Rowan Brothers (they’ll
be regulars there in rotation); then on to Presidio
Yacht Club for old favorites REVOLVER
pumpin’ out the tunes. Saturday night
found us at Sunnbolt Studios for a
party headlined by friends Dan Brown and
Full Steem, along with The Mighty
Groove! How good can this get??? Thanks, Carlos, for all your wonderful Companionship!
**Looking at this week: HOPMONK on Wednesday for their soft
opening with the Courtney Janes;
Thursday family time; Friday maybe TRENZ
or Frobeck or Zydeco Flames! Saturday most
likely will “have” to show up for another party at Sunnbolt with Doc Kraft Band ;-)—but
there’s also Bud E. Luv, Stephanie Teel, Roy Rogers, James Moseley—see
how difficult this is?? On Sunday I’ll bet I’ll find a bunch of you at Sweetwater for another fab Moonalice show!
And Carlos & I’ll have to fit in TREK
WINERY, over this long
Holiday weekend—do stop by (1026 Machin, Novato). ♫♪
***Also
available: Lonestar Retrobates, DJ at George’s, Mad Hannans, 7th
Sons, HoneyDust, Cathey Cotten, Treble Makers, Rusty Evans,
Poor Man’s Whiskey, Tracy Rose —and more! All below …
****I'm looking ahead with Gratitude to more fun at George’s,
Rancho, Sweetwater, our other wonderful established venues; and goings-on
at newcomers The Trident, FENIX, and Hopmonk!
Welcome to our Wonderful World!
